 Rating:  - Definitely go for the capsules........Not sure if this has had any major effect on my health, but I am sure that it is not tasty and does not mix well with any liquid. The only way to use it is in a smoothie &, even so, the taste will be altered in an unpleasant way. If you want Acai, I think it might be better to go for the capsules. Rating: - It is OKJust an OK product, I blend it in vanilla yogurt and it tastes nice, but I did not notice any results what-so-ever after consuming it. And it tastes like c--p when blended in plain yogurt or milk. Yikes. Rating:  - I feel betterI noticed a difference in how I felt in about 10 days for taking this twice a day. My joints are not as sore, more energy and a general feeling of well being. Rating: - So far so goodI've been using this acai product for almost a week and already feel better, more alert, and lighter, and I crave sugar less and healthy foods more.
