 Rating:  - My Monthly FixI live in California and the cost of this British monthly magazine here is $15.50. That is expensive for me and I'm not nearly at the level of expertise of most of the tutorials in this magazine but I can dream big when I read through it. If you are buying it locally at a bookstore (I find it at Borders), it is hard to know when the magazine will arrive and when it might sell out. You have to be very careful that the free CD that is pasted inside on the rear page has not been stolen. ...
