 Rating:  - Works GreatThis is a really good cake pan. It is well made. I noticed that it is heavier than some cheaper cake pans. So far, I have used this cake pan to make brownies and corn bread. Both dishes came out perfectly. Rating: - Great little panThis is a great little pan for everyday use. I like Calphalon quality, have used Calphalon for years. The eight inch square pan is great for casseroles, baking, etc. Very easy to clean. Rating: - A Real SquareThis is one sturdy little cake pan that is built to last. Calphalon makes good products anyway so I'm not surprised how well this pan is made. It's durable and very easy to clean. The corners of the pan are folded and to clean this area of the pan I use a toothpick or wooden skewer and the spray hose of my faucet. I also tilt the pan and tap it several times to help get any water that may be in this area of the pan. It requires a little extra work but, the good food that I can make in this pan is ...
