 Rating: - maybe even better than my equivalent Simply CalphalonSeveral years ago I purchased a Simply Calphalon set for about the same price as this single Calphalon Classic Bake Pan. While only time will tell whether this particular pan will last as long as the Simply Calphalon I can say right now that this pan bakes just as well. Also its Nonstick surface seems somehow non-stickier (if this is possible). The quality of the Calphalon Classic also seems better...maybe it's just the bake pan's very aesthetically appealing design. In any case I can highly recommend ... Brownies and blondies cook evenly and to perfect consistency, and don't take as long as they do in the glass.
