 Rating: - Calphalon roasting panThis was a great roasting pan, with the non-stick rack being perfect for clean up. The only reasons I wouldn't give this 5 stars are: - When I started roasting my Christmas turkey at high heat (500F), I had not added any liquid to the bottom of the pan to make sure I good initial browning, and the pan seemed a little burnt. It was ok once I added the liquid after reducing the heat. - Ideally, i'd have preferred a flat rack, not a v shaped one. And making gravy ... I've cooked one chicken and two turkeys in it in the little time I've had it. It's not non-stick but cleans up like it is. A little warm water and it's brand new again. Easy. The handles turn in so it's easy to store. I use the pan without the rack to defrost the turkeys (little hint there). Well worth the money! Rating: - nicePurchased as a gift and it was well received.
