Have spent the last year replacing my trusty Revereware with Calphalon One and must say...the change is wonderful. My last piece to replace was the dutch oven and I finally found this 5 qt Calphalon piece. I have used it for soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and roasts, and it works beautifully. I really like it.
