Someone called him "chubby" one day, which he's not, but in his pre-teen mentality he was refusing to eat breakfast or lunch for a while. Clif bars were a nice compromise. It is nutritious, has fiber, calories are not too bad and will fill you up. Make sure you select a type that you like before you give up on Clif Bars.
