The listing states "pack of 2". This is very misleading. I received one box of six refill cartridges. When I contacted the seller asking if this was a mistake in the listing or the shipping, I was informed that it was meant to indicate a "2 in 1" item. I still haven't figured out how this is a "2 in 1" item. It is simply a toothpaste cartridge.
