They were not outdated and were excatly the same as the ones I usually purchase. I have been using these for about 8 months now to keep my teeth white after using Crest White Strips Premium to get them white. Rating:  - NOT TOO HAPPY!Product came on good shipping. After a day of use, I checked the bottom of the box just curiously, and the expiration date is for July of 2008. You are not supposed to be selling expired items! Rating:  - AN OK PRODUCTI received this product about a month ago and after using it I have really started seeing results. They are not major results but it does work. Does make my teeth a little sensitive but not like the other whiteners. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a quick touch up and not a drastic change.
