 Rating:  - Fit for the QueenThis is a very beautiful pan. Use is for big cooking. Stainless steel and aluminum clam results in even control and consistent heat. A real beauty on the stove or on the table. Excellent value. Rating: - A pan for all seasonsI have the cusinart non-stick everyday pan too. I like them both. The Non-stick comes with a glass lid that fits both pans. As does the steel dome cover lid fits both. Both are easy to clean and I find that the steel pan has a heavier bottom. It heats up nice cooks evenly and my Older daughter prefers it because she loathes non-stick pans. I use this pan for stir fry and one pan dish meals & Pan fried fish.
