 Rating:  - Pretty good but not perfect.If you want to toast bread, use a toaster. The crumbs from any cooking can accumulate on the oven bottom and make it hard to clean. Not worth the effort for a few toasted slices. You could always use the baking pan but then it won't heat evenly. So it's basically a small oven. This oven does the job and maybe even does it too well. Maybe since the oven is new that my food was overcooked even after following proper cooking times. This oven is very easy to keep clean, there is a removable tray at the bottom so crumbs can be easily discarded. The interior is non stick. You get a stainless pan, drip tray and rack and all are dishwasher safe. I have used all three functions including convection, bake and toaster.
