Discount Shopping Review:
Now, the classic books from the library of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry--Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through the Ages--are available in hardcover in a sturdy boxed gift set. (These books are written by J.K. Rowling herself under the pseudonyms Newt Scamander and Kennilworthy Whisp.) Finally, Muggles will have the chance to discover where the Quintaped lives, what the Puffskein eats, and why it is best not to leave milk out for a Knarl. The Quidditch textbook explains where the Golden Snitch came from, how the Bludgers came into existence, and why the Wigtown Wanderers have pictures of meat cleavers on their clothes. Both books, designed to look like Harry Potter's actual, used Hogwarts textbooks, feature silly scribblings from Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Proceeds from the sale of this gift set will go to improving and saving the lives of children around the world. Harry Potter fans, rejoice! (All ages)

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good Addition To a Harry Potter Collection
The Harry Potter Schoolbooks are written as if they really came from the wizarding world. The box set contains just too books which are around 50-70 pages long each, but include interesting back-story about the world of Harry Potter with respect to beasts and Quidditch. The books are inexpressive and also 20% of the cost should go to charity. I would really like to see more schoolbooks come out now that the seventh book in the series has been written. Half-Blood Prince's Potions book anyone?

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - My son (10 y/o) can't get enough Harry Potter
My son finished these books in about 2 days. I wish they had been longer, as I can't seem to find books that he likes as well as Harry Potter.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - hp school books
although some parts were interesting, there were parts that seemed boring and repetitive of what was written in the 7 hp books. although these books are a great extention for the harry potter library and there are fun little writings in the beasts one, they do get a little boring at times.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A special peek into the world of Harry Potter.
These books are a unique gift from the ever creative mind of J. K. Rowling. For the avid Harry Potter enthusiast, these book give you a new perspective on the Harry Potter world. For the Harry Potter fan, the books are well written and fun to read. In addition, I loved the hand written notes from Harry and Ron. Very funny and lots of fun.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Walk in Harry's Shoes for a Great Cause
Brought to the muggle world for the first time, these two school books bring the reader one step closer to the world of Hogwarts and provide additional information not found in the beloved series. "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is a replica of Harry Potter's own school book and includes his scribbles in the margins as well as those of Ron and Hermione. This book reads a little like an encyclopedia with entries for many of the magical creatures met during the series as well as some that ... Read More
