 Rating: - Nice setI just received this, and have started getting acquainted with it. The sound is nice, the action is nice, and the case is attractive. I was thinking about ordering a xylophone when I came across this. It gives me much more opportunity to be musical! I like the mallets, too. Rating:  - Real niceI bought this for my one year old instead of a cheapy xylophone that can't be used once she gets older and I love it. The sticks are one piece so no threat of the ball falling off and her choking on it. She bangs the heck out of this thing and it stands up fairly well (She did smash a little bit of its foam deadener, but it still works, hope it won't affect it later). It's incredibly difficult to find a glockenspiel with the sharps and flats that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Unlike a previous reviewer claims, the notes were not off key. Nor did I have to bend the mallets to remove them from the case. The sound quality is good. It is well made. My now 20 month old daughter has "beat" on this for almost 4 months and it shows no signs of the abuse. The notes are loud and clear.
